Hi, I'm Hannah
 

I’m a certified Personal Trainer, Online Coach and meditation and breathwork instructor. I work with people to help them exercise in a way that actually feels good and fits into their busy life - no more all-or-nothing!

 

I take a weight-neutral approach when training my clients, meaning that the focus is not on losses, but rather on what you can gain from adding exercise into your life, whatever stage you are in. 

 

Rather than being driven by aesthetic goals or weight-loss fads, I promote a method of training that helps clients thrive in life and for life in the long term. I do this by working with each and every client to find a routine with exercise that is sustainable and manageable, even when life gets busy!

I know how it feels to be stuck in the all or nothing cycle with exercise - exercising like a maniac for a couple of weeks only to get burnt out and stop again. I know how it feels to exercise from a place of disliking my body, but now I am proudly free from diet culture and exercise to feel good - and I want you to feel that too. 

 

I never shout, I never shame, I never judge and I will never ask you to do burpees (unless you want to!)

 

I do not weigh or measure my clients, I do not offer quick fixes. Instead, I offer my clients the opportunity to enjoy training as part of a balanced and sustainable lifestyle.
